الهربس البسيط
العدوى
الابتدائية العقبولية عدة قرحة الفم المؤلمة تسبقه الحويصلات. نوع فيروس الهربس البسيط 1 الذاتي محدود. يشفى في حوالي اسبوعين.
التهاب اللثة اللمفاوية قد يكون لها آفات مشابهة حول الجلد والبصر ؛ الحمى (من نوع 2 في بعض الأحيان) تنشط إعادة تنشيط الفيروس الكامن
وينتج التهاب اللثة عادة. يؤثر عادة على العدوى الثانوية. يقدم
الأطفال الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 5 سنوات من الأجسام المضادة فقط الحصانة الجزئية.
الهربس الثانوية: تقرحات صغيرة متعددة تسبقها الحويصلات. فيروس الهربس البسيط - الذاتي محدود ؛ يشفي في حوالي أسبوعين
أعراض البسيط البسيط العدوى من وخز ، وحرق ، أو يمثل إعادة تنشيط دون ندبة. الآفات المعدية خلال
الم؛ الأكثر شيوعا على الشفاه ، داخل الفم على فيروس الكامنة الحنك وليس المرحلة الحويصلية. يجب تحذير المريض
وإلحاق اللثة. الكبار والبالغين الشباب عادة ضد autoinoculation ؛ نوع الهربس 1
يتأثر عادة ؛ شائع جدا يسمى العقبولية عجلت من الإجهاد ، لم تكن العدوى
whitlow مقنع عندما يحدث حول نور الشمس الظفر ، ودرجة الحرارة الباردة ، مرتبطة بسرطان الفم. أي موقع يتأثر
بمقاومة منخفضة ، ومرض الإيدز
